- All you have to do is give us the address to collect it from. The home collection service is carried out by courier and operates on working days between 9am and 6pm.
- It is the customer's responsibility to deliver the equipment in its packaging, or if they don't have it, they must find an alternative and send the equipment properly packaged so that the packaging can withstand the transport conditions.
- VERY IMPORTANT: Transport insurance only protects you against loss or if there is external damage to the packaging caused during transport. It is the customer's sole responsibility to pack the equipment properly.
When We Receive Your Equipment
- We confirm the diagnosis and send you information on the anomalies detected with the appropriate repair estimate.
- We will only proceed with the repair after you have authorised it, with the technical objective being the terms presented in the estimate.
- The value of equipment diagnostics (15.00€) will not be charged to the final value of the repair.
- In the event of non-award of the quote submittedThe diagnostic fee (€15.00) will be charged, together with transport costs of €9. Once payment has been validated, the equipment will be returned to your address.
When we complete the repair
- Our repairs are covered by a minimum guarantee period of 4 months on the subject of the technical repair
