Sage 50 - Configure Whatsapp

PREAMBLE


Before configuring WhatsApp in the Sage application, have and configure an account WhatsApp Business - you can see how to create an account here.

SAGE APPLICATION PARAMETERISATION


After creating an account WhatsApp Business will be made available by Target the information you need to configure the connection between the Sage app and WhatsApp

To do this, go to the Messages in Functional parameterisations and fill in:

  1. WhatsAPP access token
  2. ID No. Telephone
  3. WhatsApp application ID
  4. WhatsAPP account ID
  5. Type of messages to send by default
    In this field you should select the option WhatsAppso that this is the preferred means of sending messages
  6. Consent obtained in advance through:
    Consent to send messages via WhatsApp must be given by the organisations. In this field you must indicate the means of consent used in your company.
  7. A message source contact for a call or feedback URL
